My name is Tia Rich, LDM, CPM  and I would be honored to be your guide in this joyous event.

Midwifery care with Inner Serenity is a cooperative  care  experience.   

Based on a model of Shared Decision Making which allows me to share my knowledge and clinical expertise with you an equally honoring 
your needs and intuition

We will work together as a team through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum to provide comprehensive care to Your family.

Pregnancy and birth are natural and healthy life processes.   I believe that women know how to give birth and can  birth safely and naturally in the comfort of their own homes.

As your midwife I will provide you with and encourage you to seek out the information you need to make informed choices about the care you and your baby receive. 

My mission is to support you and your family in having the best birthing experience possible.

I believe each mother intuitively makes the right decisions for herself and her baby.
