Childbirth education is a time to learn about your options that enable you to make fully informed decisions for you and your baby.
Classes are open to all parents, be they single, same sex, or poly
If there is enough interest in a single mothers class one can and will be scheduled
A good time to begin class is anywhere from 26-30 weeks onward
These classes encourage parents to let go of assumptions and fears and cultivate a healthy outlook towards their upcoming birth.
