Childbirth education and Hypnobirth preparation for a holistic natural birth

Pre-conception class

One day 4 hour class for those who are planning to get pregnant or are early in their pregnancy to discuss birth options and choices that can be made surrounding this journey you are about to embark on....

Fee: $150

4 Week Childbirth Education Class:

These classes are taught privately and can be scheduled to fit your schedule and to take the time to learn the information that will help prepare them for the birth of their child as well as the early postpartum period in caring for a newborn. 4 classes 2.5 hours each

Fee: $350

Childbirth Education Refresher Course

This may be a good refresher course for those who have already had a baby or for those parents who maybe waited till the last minute and would like to gather some information before having their baby. One or two classes-
5 hour class time

Childbirth Education Refresher/Hypnobirth combo

Private Hypnobirth Education

Hypnobirth education and practice, includes 3-4 sessions that usually run 1-1.5 hours, and hypnotic trance downloads for you to practice with at home. These classes are taught privately and can be scheduled to fit your schedule. More sessions can be scheduled as needed

Fee: $80 per session

Hypnobirth/Childbirth Education Combo

These classes are taught privately and can be scheduled to fit your schedule. They incorporate Hypnobirthing education and practice as well as topics from Holistic Childbirth Education. Each topic is catered to your needs as a family since the class is taught individually
4 weeks, 3 hours each session
